            Remuneration and Benefits

Tarong Energy believes that rewards for our employees should be commensurate with the job they perform, their experience and the industry. The Corporation offers many benefits to our employees including an electricity subsidy; health programs; personal computer subsidy; professional association subsidy; and industry superannuation options among others.

Tarong Energy also has an attractive incentive scheme for which all employees are eligible.

            Balancing your needs

Tarong Energy offers flexible arrangements to help employees find success and satisfaction in both their work and their personal lives. Whether it be hours of work, vacation options, telecommuting or options for employees looking to ease into retirement, we will do what is possible to make life balanced for our people.

All employees take part in an annual performance appraisal and must have a Development Plan, to focus on training and the skills they require to undertake their roles effectively. Continuing to grow our skills is an important part of the work environment.
