Culture and Values
Our
values
are the building blocks of the Corporation – it’s how we build our future. They are:
Safety & Environment; Performance; Accountability; Cooperation; and Ethics.
At Tarong Energy we maintain the highest standards of corporate behaviour. Our
Code of Ethics
set out our expectations about how our people should behave. It addresses:
Ethical Behaviour; Fair Treatment; Conflict of Interest; Confidential Information; and Complying with the law.
We respect diversity in our workplace and, through our Equity Management Plan, we encourage the making of all decisions based on merit.
Positive employee engagement is promoted through a strong focus on leadership behaviours and empowering our people. All employees are encouraged to recognise and reward colleagues’ achievements and take responsibility for their own actions.
