• Tarong Energy's standard commercial conditions (the supplier's terms and conditions will not apply unless expressly accepted by Tarong Energy in writing)
• Tarong Energy's Site Work Conditions and Site Rules (where work is being undertaken on one of Tarong Energy's sites)
• Tarong Energy's Code of Ethics
• Tarong Energy's policies and procedures that are relevant to the work (these will be provided to the supplier and some are listed below).
