            The health and safety of employees, contractors and visitors to our sites has always been, and will always be, our highest priority.

            Our goal is to achieve a zero harm workplace.  We continually seek to improve health and safety in all areas of our business as part of our journey towards zero harm.

            Our corporate incentive targets are linked to safety performance with a focus on lead indicators.

            Details of our safety performance each year can be found in the Annual Report.

            Health and Safety Policy

            Tarong Energy’s Health and Safety Policy outlines our approach and commitment to health and safety from the Board and Chief Executive Officer and throughout the organisation. The Health and Safety Policy is underpinned by the implementation of our Health and Safety Management System.

            Fitness For Work

            Tarong Energy has implemented the requirements of the Common Policy for the Management of Fitness for Work for Queensland Government Owned Generators. The Tarong Energy specific documents are listed below:
