Safety STAR Process
Tarong Energy has developed the Safety STAR process which aims to create a culture where personnel Stop, Think, Assess and Respond to identify and manage safety hazards as part of their work.
The STAR process consists of HSE Star Cards, which are a pre-start risk assessment used to support the Job Safety Enviornment Analysis (JSEA) process in identifying the need for a JSEA and also monitoring conditions ‘on the job’ when working under a JSEA.
